Here the one thing rewarded to workers is recognition is based on their performance. This plan doesn't provide any kind of monetary awards. The very first version of thepay-for-achievement program was founded in England. They made a decision to enhance the productivity of the people by paying them for their accomplishments. Their plan was not liked by everyone, but they persisted. The history of the plan is not very apparent, but there are evidences which support its own effect. By way of instance, the history of the Industrial Revolution in 1830 to 1847, shows a huge gain in the productivity of the workers and a rise in the price of the goods. Also, the increase in the work force throughout the Second World War is another evidence of the role of this strategy. All of these cases prove that employers have benefited from pay-for-achievement programs, especially those who were started during the Second World War. In other words, the strategy is working. Employees working for high tech companies have their tasks simplified and the companies also have lower overheads. They help to increase the standard of work and also the efficiency of the company. There is not any doubt that there are scenarios which may be lowered or modified, but the degree of productivity in many businesses has been improved to some extent with the help of the strategy. And all these advantages can be attributed to the strategy.
